Learn to Cook – Hainanese Chicken Rice

Chef Sam taught us how to prepare the chicken, scald and cook the chicken and cut up and serve the South East Asian favourite – Hainanese Chicken Rice with condiments to go with it and using the chicken stock to steam the rice.
